Yes, I do ship internationally. My shipping prices are weight based so they are around $10 to $30. After update it takes me 3 to 4 day to ship. And if you placed order after my update then I'll ship it along with next update's packages because I ship via private courrier company so it doesn't suit me ask delivery guy to get single package. I hope you understand. Please keep in mind that your order may take time to arrive due to transit time or held in customs, sometimes delivery is delayed just because international container that need to be filled with other things to be shipped may take time. I hope that makes sense. And this is the reason that international order may take 3 to 6 weeks or in very rare case, more.

I wrap every product in Polyfill first then wrap very securely in colorfull tissue paper wrap and other material if needed. After that I wrap them in thick craft paper for extra safety and then it goes into corrugated boxes along with some more polyfill to make coushioning around the package. I try my best to make them reach you safely.

Due to handmade nature art toys are delicate, but they won't breack by touching. But transport can be rough sometimes, even if I pack them tightly secured, they might break in very rough circumtances. If that happens and damage is small and repairable by yourself then E6000 or super glue comes in handy. But if there is more damage then I need you to take picture of product along with damage packaging and return it to me. I will happily pay for shipping and make you another one or refund your money if you like. There is more though, I track every single package myself so I will know when they are deliverd. So if you suspect that package is damaged then take picture before opening it, and also take picture of product inside if damaged. Send those pictures to me including your order number on my email WITHIN 24 hours. and if you want to replace damaged product, send it within 3 days of delivery. I will make you another one or replace it with another product AFTER I recive the damaged one.

I'll send you rough sketch of your custom design before starting to work on it for your approval. You will have to pay 50% of price before I start working on your custom. Custom order may take 1 to 4 week depending on design and queue. Please do not ask to copy someone else's sculpture. Please be clear how you want your item to be. Be specific of spellings,colors and details. Because if you are not specific on your design and want to cancel after it is made, there will be no return or refund. Custom order takes time, be patient. Contact me for custom order inquiry. When your order is done, I will ship your product in 2 or 3 business days after final payment is done.

Please read item details before buying, and I also use measurement scale in some pictures so you can easily find sizing details. There will be no refund if buyer did not catch details properly.

These are collectible toys, they are not made for babies or kids. I hand paint them for extra touch, so they are not machine washable, nor hand washable. Please follow care instructions.: 1. Do not wash, neither machine nor hands. 2. To remove Dust, use damp cloth over surface of toy. you can also use lint roller or vaccum. 3. Use well spaced plastic bristles brush which not used on human hair to comb fur. 4. If there is any spot or stain, use soft detergent with Q-tip little by little. don't rub so hard. 5. Dust and brush them regularly. 6. If you spill something on a toy, deal with it immediately, don't rub. Instead shake the toy over a towel and use a damp sponge to blot any any leftover residue away. Finish bloating with dry towel.

I make all of my items all by myself, they are made with high quality materials, they are strong and durable But they CAN break if not handled with care. 1. Handmade Sculpture are precious, please do not store them with other Toys. Keep them on Safe sturdy place. 2. Do not try to bend or scratch or pull on purpose,you may break it. 3. Do not toss your charms or key chain or other accessory on bed or table or on floor. 4. Do not wear or take it in shower,steam or swimming or in wet weather. 5. This is not for very young Children. 6. If it gets dirty do not use any chemical on it. Use baby wipe or soft fabric to clean it.
